We are now delighted to offer our  bespoke training to equip individuals looking to move into the onsite staff roles in residential property. 

In this course we will cover the differences between the hospitality and residential industry along with the procedures and responsibilities that you can expect whilst working as part of the estate management team. 

You will then move onto customer service and you will learn how to deliver exceptional customer service to the residents along with seeing some real life examples of what you can expect to see in residential property environments. Then you will move onto the health & safety and Fire Safety procedures. 

Whether you want to dip your toe in by doing some temporary shifts around your current job to see if residential property is for you or you are looking to gain a permanent role, collectively this courses will put you in a great position to move into the residential property industry.  

You can complete this course on either a computer, phone or a tablet however please ensure you have sound and video capability.
